Kippax JFC fundraiser!

Kippax JFC players and family members got together to take part in a fun run/bike ride fundraiser.

On Saturday July 6th we took part in a sponsored fun run/bike ride, this was a sponsored event and was run as an endurance test over three hours.  Kids took turns in either running or cycling around the parish fields behind Woodend Nurseries. They did this constantly for three hours and raised a spectacular £550 between them!

We would like to say a big thank you to all our parents for gathering the sponsors and collecting the money and also Great Preston Parish Council for allowing the event to take place and being supportive, this will allow us to keep volunteers in education and pay for valuable equipment for the kids.
